1. Membership & access

• Access requires a valid membership or booking.
• Members must provide accurate and current information.
• Management may suspend or revoke access for rule violations.

2. Use of space

• Maintain silence and respect others in shared study areas.
• Keep personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for loss or theft.
• No illegal activities, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
• Follow seat/desk booking rules, time limits, and branch-specific instructions.

3. Payments & billing

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Monthly plans are calculated using a fixed 30-day cycle, regardless of the calendar month.
• Late or failed payments may lead to suspension of access until resolved.

4. Multi-branch usage

Access applies only to branches included in your plan. Facilities and rules may vary across branches.

5. Internet & devices

Internet must be used legally and ethically. Attempts to bypass network restrictions or harm systems are prohibited and may be reported.

6. CCTV & security

Branches use CCTV for safety and monitoring. By entering, you consent to video recording for security purposes.

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss of personal items, device issues, or personal injury except where caused by proven negligence on our part. Users are responsible for using facilities responsibly.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
